something that i can only describe as hauntingly beautiful— the art, which looks like a real life painting itself; messy yet tender brushstrokes that create a dark, melancholic atmosphere. the story and dialogue, haunting and dreamy at the same time. the voice acting, gentle but dipped in poetic rawness in all the right ways.  

more than a story it's a work of art ; a chilling painting come alive.

This was the first Endysis game that truly captured me.  It's haunting, unforgettable, and beautifully crafted. If you’re a gothic soul who craves heartache, Endysis’ games are essential.

You could tell how Sam vengefully loved Marie. Like he was a loving husband to her. But also a very envious one aswell, which is what i got from certian endings . And Marie also knew she was spending less and less time with Sam but also kind of ignored it at the same time as she probably felt like her relationship thus far was enough.

I'm really glad we got Maries pov aswell as we really got to understand her situation aswell. AND I GENUIENLY GOT CHILLS WHEN I SAW SAMS CURRENT FORM ◉_◉. SHIT I WOULD SCREAM TOO MARIE

But this was a really nice depiction of a tragic couple and im also very interested to play the rest of the games posted by this creator

I have never played a visual novel that has brought me to tears (this one did), the story is so well written and everything else about it just makes the experience of playing so much better. This game is truly amazing, thank you.

I've come to realize, Marie cannot get over Sam, if you look into this work of art, you come to realise, Sam isn't here. Sam is only a figment of Marie's imagination. Yes we first play as Sam, but the final ending, it gives sort of a "oh, it was never real" type of vibe. The game overall presents grief and being unable to get over someone very well "I've moved on" was clearly an attempt from Marie to will Sam away, and with Sam stating it was only a year, that may be seen as Marie being unable to accept it's been that long. The text in red, it seems Marie cannot remember Sam very well, unable to remember just how he would act. Another viewpoint of this, Sam is forever stuck in this world. The red text could show he's losing himself, and his unhealthy obsession with Marie could show that he's trying to cling onto his past. I realized, Marie, she was never alive while staying with Sam, showing either, Sam is like a parasite, slowly killing Marie, or, he's Marie's pillar, that ends up breaking. Now this is an extremely lengthened way of me saying, god this game was harsh, but in a good way. Honestly, definitely one of the best games I've played

Im confused cause I double click on the game and it seems like its going to open but then it never opens does anyone know what I'm doing wrong? Im on mac and the same thing happened when I tried playing Snow White Ashes???

I think it was one of the best I've encountered so far. All three endings deserve to be done, although I have poor English, I managed to understand perfectly!!
